Questions about how Repackz works
How does Repackz work?
You sign in to a Collectibles.com account, pay by card, wallet balance or USDC, and one graded card is assigned and revealed. It stays in a partner's vault. For 7 days you can sell it back for 84% of the value Repackz sets. Otherwise you keep it vaulted or pay to ship it.
How does Repackz make money?
Its own pages state: sell-back discount, fee on a sell-back, shipping or retrieval fee, A sold-back card goes back into the packs and subscription. From its published numbers: pack price above average card value and total cut on a sell-back. We do not estimate margins or what Repackz pays for cards.
Where do Repackz cards come from?
The notice under each pack page says “third-party suppliers” and names none. Some come from other buyers: the help centre says a card sold back is “immediately returned to the active item pool” and can be pulled again within 24 hours. Cards are graded by PSA, CGC or SGC.
Does a Repackz sell-back pay 100%, 90% or 84%?
All three figures are on its own pages. Pack pages say “100% of its fair market value” and their titles say 90%. The help centre says 90% less a 6% restocking fee, so 84%. The terms give no figure. This guide uses 84%, the only one stated as a net payout.
What is the catch with withdrawing from Repackz?
Withdrawals open only after four successful paid purchases, so one or two packs are not enough. Card top-ups are held 72 hours, Coinflow checks your ID first, the minimum is $5, and two help pages give different daily limits: $500 and $10,000.
