Where it works, and for whom
From its terms and store listings. We report what they say, not what the law is where you live.
No US state is excluded by its terms
The two stores disagree sharply: 4.7 from 642 ratings on the App Store against 2.6 from 65 reviews on Google Play. Both listings say card redemption and full marketplace browsing are on phygitals.com, not in the app.
Is it gambling, and playing safely
No ruling we can cite, and we do not say whether it is legal where you live.
- Phygitals says it “does not intend for pack openings to constitute gambling” and “makes no guarantee regarding the classification of its services in any jurisdiction”.
- It leaves the question to you: “You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of the Service complies with all laws”.
- Its terms say the value received “may be significantly less than the amount paid”.
- No self-exclusion tool or spending limit was found on the pages read.

Is Phygitals legit?
It names its company, Phygitals, Inc. of Delaware, and publishes terms, pack odds, a sell-back rate and shipping rate tables. We have not bought a pack, withdrawn money or received a card. Its own pages disagree on pack value, shipping times and who can withdraw to a bank.
Do you need crypto to use Phygitals?
Not to buy: packs can be paid for by credit card, and a wallet is created for you. A sell-back is paid in USDC, a dollar-pegged stablecoin, which you can then send to a bank account or a crypto wallet.
How much does Phygitals pay when you sell a card back?
The documentation says 85% of the card's fair market value as standard, with higher rates on packs that show a badge. The homepage says 85 to 90%. Three of the five pack pages we read showed 100%.
How long do you have to sell back?
Thirty minutes from the reveal on a standard card. Phygitals also lists 3 days for sealed product cards and 7 for inventory cards. An expired offer is not made again.
Is Phygitals the company behind Underdog Rips?
Underdog's terms name Phygitals Inc. as the party that sources, stores and ships its cards. No Phygitals page we read mentions Underdog, and the two products have different sell-back terms.
Does Phygitals ship outside the US?
Yes, by its shipping page: “to most countries and territories”, except sanctioned ones. A published rate table starts at $39.50 abroad, and import duties are the recipient's.
