Questions about how PrizePicks Packs works
How does PrizePicks Packs work?
You buy a digital pack in the PrizePicks app, from $1 to $2,500, and one physical card is revealed. Sell it back at 100% of the value PrizePicks set, or save it to your Locker and pay to ship it within the US. If you do neither in time, it is sold back for you.
How does PrizePicks Packs make money?
Its own pages state: dormant account fee. Not published: pack price above average card value, fee on a sell-back, shipping or retrieval fee and shipping and handling. We do not estimate margins or what PrizePicks Packs pays for cards.
Who owns PrizePicks Packs?
PrizePicks Packs' own terms name WMSC LLC d/b/a PrizePicks Packs as the company behind it. Its store listings name SidePrize, LLC and PrizePicks as the developer. The grader, vault and other partners it names are under “Who is behind” above.
How long can you keep a card in the PrizePicks Locker?
The terms say three days at most, and PrizePicks may shorten that to no less than 24 hours, shown before you buy. A FAQ in the help centre and the landing page both say 24 hours. The timer in your Locker is the figure that binds.
Can you withdraw a PrizePicks Packs sell-back?
By the terms, yes: “proceeds of accepting Buyback Offers” can be withdrawn at any time, from $10, by ACH, a push to your card or PayPal. Bonus credit from offers cannot.
What is the catch with PrizePicks Packs?
The deadline, which its own pages give as both 3 days and 24 hours. PrizePicks sets the value its 100% buyback is based on, may mark a card ship-only with no buyback, and publishes no shipping fee. Odds are shown only in the app.
