Accountability cannot go below zero. A sell-back rate paid in site credit earns nothing, because credit is not money out. The final rating is the points total divided by 20, to one decimal place. Apps with the same rating are ordered by their points before rounding, then by name.

513 of 610 facts were read from a connection in Germany. The other 97, across 18 apps, were read from a connection in the United States. An app can show different pages by country, so each fact records where it was read from.

Three things matter more than any document, and none can be scored from a desk.
