The terms let Triumph cap withdrawals: “no more than $10,000 in withdrawals in any single day, provided that withdrawal via Venmo is capped at no more than $4,000 per rolling twenty-four (24) hours”. The help page also mentions a weekly limit and gives no amount. The FAQ says an instant withdrawal averages about ten minutes and a bank payout takes one to three business days. The FAQ says withdrawals pause above $600 in a year until tax forms are completed; the terms put tax forms at $2,500.

Venmo is for US users and Interac for Canadian residents. A US bank transfer typically takes the same day or 2–3 business days. Where bank payouts are not supported, the only route is USDC to a crypto wallet.
