The $25 Pokémon pack page shows Epics 2.02%, Chasers 6.06%, Hits 16.16% and Commons 75.75%, with a $5 floor and a $250 ceiling. The terms say these percentages change in real time with inventory. Tiers are rarity groups, not dollar ranges.
