Operators’ own published figures and valuations, read on 6 October 2026. One example pack per app, scaled to your spend; real spend moves in whole packs. An average over many packs, not a prediction of yours. For the spread of outcomes, use the pack simulator.
The sum, step by step
Three published figures multiplied, for one app at a time. Nothing is estimated and nothing is rounded up.

Not publishedWe looked and the operator does not publish it Each card on a set page shows a rate in packs and a gem value (Bulbasaur in 151: 1 in 17 packs), and each rarity a rate per pack (Special Illustration Rare in Surging Sparks: 1.49%). These are not value bands, so no pack is in our dataset. Ripz calls the rates its “own estimates of physical pack odds”. Checked 6 Oct 2026. A missing figure is not a zero and is not filled in. What an app publishes is also part of its score: how we rate gives no points for a term that is not on a public page. The same count for every site is in the card rip odds report.
What an average hides
Most packs land under the average. A few rare cards pull it up.
Packs in 100 that hold a card worth the pack price or less, on each app’s published odds table
RepackzPokémon Starter Pack, $25at least 82
PhygitalsRookie Pack (Pokémon), $25at least 80
CourtyardPokémon PSA 10, $69at least 77
BeezieSilver, $50at least 74
MNSTRStarter, $50at least 73
LastpackStarter Pack (Steady), $5at least 70
RipRip.ioAll-Stars Pokémon Booster ($10 plus a $0.99 service fee), $10.99at least 69
Tilt RipsStarter Pack, $25at least 61
Fanatics Instant RipsPokemon Value, $25at least 55
DOPATag-Team Titans!, $18at least 50
So the usual pack returns less than the figure above, and a rare one returns far more. The simulator shows that spread session by session, and is card ripping worth it? answers the make-money question with the same figures.
What this sum leaves out
Example packs read
12 packs
One pack per app, at most. Another pack on the same app can state a different average.
Whose valuation
The app's own
Card values, and the market value a sell-back is a share of, are set by the operator. Nothing here checks them against sale prices.
Shipping fee published
17 of 27
Keeping the card is a different sum, and shipping is part of it.
Withdrawal minimum published
5 of 27
A balance under the minimum cannot leave the app. Withdrawal fees and waits are not counted.
Selling straight back is one of three exits. Keep, sell or ship compares it with listing the card yourself or having it posted, and cashing out has each app’s minimums, fees and waiting times.
18+
Every app here that states an age limit sets it at 18. This tool is too.
$5 per $100
The average cost at Lastpack, the highest published return. Treat it as the price of the entertainment.

Questions people ask
Which card rip app gives the most back?
On published figures, Lastpack: $95 of each $100 on average, paid in stablecoin, from one example pack. 19 of 27 rated apps do not publish enough to compare, so this covers only the ones that do.
Can I come out ahead?
On average, no. Every app that can be computed returns less than it costs once the sell-back rate is applied. A single session can end ahead; the average over many does not.
Is site credit the same as cash back?
No. Credit can only buy more packs or items on the same site. Flip the toggle to count it as zero and see what is left.
Why is my app marked cannot be computed?
The sum needs an average pull value and a sell-back rate from the operator's own public pages, as read on 6 October 2026. Where either is missing, inside the app or only claimed in marketing, the row says which.
