The bar is the $100 paid; the green part is what the average pack returns, paid as stablecoin and cash. Withdrawal fees and minimums are not in the figure. Only packs whose pages we read are listed, not every pack an app sells. For any other sort, use the pack finder.

Questions people ask
Which Pokémon packs give the most back?
Of the 21 that can be ranked, Collector Crypt $1,000 Grail Pokémon Gacha Pack returns the most on average: $94.81 per $100 if every card is sold straight back, paid in stablecoin. That is its stated average of 101.9% of the price, times a 93% sell-back. It is still less than the $100 paid.
Why rank on cash back and not card value?
Because card value is not what you can take out. 10 of the 21 ranked packs state an average above their price, and every one of them falls under $100 once the sell-back rate is applied. The highest stated average here, 110.6% at Collector Crypt, becomes $93.98.
Why are some packs listed and not ranked?
A cash figure needs a stated average, a sell-back rate and a payout in cash or stablecoin, all in writing. 41 of the 62 packs here lack one of them: for 37, the pack's own odds page was not read. Fanatics Instant Rips pays sell-backs in site credit, which is not money out.
Is the cheapest ranked pack the best one to start with?
Not by this figure alone. The cheapest ranked pack here is Tilt Rips $0.10 Dime, at $90 per $100; the leader is at $94.81. A cheaper pack loses fewer dollars at the same rate, so set the budget first and read the order inside it.
