How money comes out
Fanatics credit only for the instant buyback. No cash route for it is published

We looked and the operator does not publish it

No page read says Instant Credit can be withdrawn. Cash comes only from selling the card on the Fanatics Collect marketplace, a separate route with its own fees.

Sell-back rate
84.6% in credit

Read on the operator's own page

“Receive 90% of the card’s market value*, minus 6% Marketplace Fees, in credits when you accept the Instant Credit offer within 48 hours”

The published rate is 90%, less a 6% selling fee. Paid in credit, so it earns nothing under 'money out'. The same page says offers are “typically about 90%” of the value at the pack's seal date, and are made on Fanatics-owned rips, not seller-packed ones.

Read on the operator's own page

“Marketplace fee (6%): $10.80”

A surcharge is deducted but the sale agreement gives no percentage. Other publishers report 6%.

Advertised, not in its terms

The operator's marketing says this; its terms do not

“Before you purchase a pack, Power Packs displays the chances that the card contained in a given pack level will fall within certain value ranges.”

GameStop says odds are shown before purchase. We could not load a pack page to see them, so whether they need a login is unknown.

Shipping fee
1% fulfilment fee, or 3% within 90 days of vaulting, plus carrier shipping shown on the invoice

Read on the operator's own page

“A 1% fulfillment fee applies to any asset fulfilled out of the Fanatics Collect Vault.”

Read across two help pages: the Instant Rips page says shipping a card “uses standard Collect vault shipping”, for “a small fee”, and the Vault page states the 1% and 3%. The carrier charge is not published: “Final prices are posted on the shipping invoice.”

$5.99 per shipment plus $1.99 per card, plus $4.99 per card inside 90 days; charged by PSA Vault

Read on the operator's own page

“U.S. withdrawals: $5.99 per shipment (covers up to 50 items per shipment). Withdrawal Fees $1.99 per item”

PSA's fee, not GameStop's: GameStop's own page says only “a small shipping fee”. Read in the Internet Archive's copy of PSA's vault page dated 27 August 2026, because psacard.com refused our requests on 7 October 2026, so the figures may have changed since. PSA's page says the early fee “will be waived for all items purchased through Power Packs early access” and does not say so for packs bought later. The PSA Vault terms add that fees may depend on value, shipping method and insurance.

GameStop Power Packs: Cash to a bank account through Stripe, if you take the 7-day buyback.

Know first: The instant buyback pays Fanatics credit, not cash: 90% of the card's value, less a 6% fee, for 24 to 48 hours.

How Fanatics Instant Rips works

Know first: The buyback percentage and the surcharge taken from it are not in the terms, and the site turns away visitors outside the US.
